The Haute Room, Tustin Ranch’s first Lagree Fitness™ studio, announced today it will celebrate its grand opening with multiple free classes offered on June 21 and 22, some of which will be taught by Sebastien Lagree himself, creator of the Lagree method.
The Haute Room, located at 13265 Jamboree Road in Tustin, will offer fitness enthusiasts the opportunity to practice the Lagree Fitness method and will be the first studio in Orange County to feature Lagree’s newest M3S machine.
Grand opening events to introduce the community to The Haute Room and the Lagree Fitness method include:
- Free classes on Saturday, June 21: 9 a.m.; 10 a.m.; 11 a.m.; 12 p.m.; 1 p.m.; 2 p.m.
- Free classes on Sunday, June 22: 9 a.m.; 10 a.m.; 11 a.m.; 12 p.m.; 1 p.m.; 2 p.m.
· Complimentary champagne reception on Saturday, June 21 at 3 p.m.
· Exclusive grand opening weekend special of 25 percent off the purchase of individual class packages or monthly unlimited memberships
The Lagree Fitness method is the only workout that effectively combines strength, endurance, cardio, balance, core, and flexibility training in every move, making for a heart-pounding 50-minute session. This high-intensity approach to full body conditioning encourages maximum excretion from the muscles while allowing for low impact on the joints, spine, and connective tissues. The popular method has made its way throughout Southern California and will now be available to the Orange County community with the opening of The Haute Room.
