WHALE WATCHING
Delight in the amazing views of the largest mammal on Earth! Blue Whale season runs May – October here in Dana Point. Whaling in the 1900’s caused a severe decline in the blue whale population along the Pacific coast of the United States. Once hunting was banned, the blue whale population has slowly started to recover. Before whaling was commercialized, blue whale numbers along the Pacific were estimated to be around 200,000. Today, the blue whale population around the world is estimated to be around 12,000. Approximately 2,000 blue whales call the Pacific coast their home. The blue whale is listed as endangered by the IUCN Red List. We’ve seen Blue Whales on virtually every trip!

LIVE MUSIC CRUISE

Our Live Music Harbor Cruises run every Saturday through the end of September. The cruise will be aboard the 95-foot Dana Pride which has upper deck seating as well as inside seating in it’s large galley, making it one of the most comfortable rides on the water. The boat also features a full bar including wine, beer (domestic and imported), and mixed drinks. Price includes a complimentary glass of Pride Punch! *Please note these cruises are for guests 18 and over.
