The city’s Pacific Park Drive project between Cheyenne and Chase is moving forward with utility work starting on Thursday and pavement work following on Monday, April 7.
The first layer of asphalt will be applied to the road April 9, with the final asphalt layer scheduled the following day.
During construction, one travel lane in each direction of Pacific Park Drive is expected to be closed from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Motorists can expect some traffic delays. Alternate routes are encouraged.
Construction activities depend on the weather, and the city will send updates of any weather-related changes.
