Laguna Playhouse presents its “Youth Theatre” production of “Treasure Island”

“Treasure Island” is the classic tale of pirates and buried gold. Told through the eyes of young Jim Hawkins we travel back to 1775 England and the West Indies.  It’s an unforgettable adventure with Long John Silver and a band of pirates who will do anything to recover Captain Flint’s map and the treasure. Directed by Donna Inglima with Fight Choreography by Jo Ann Mendelson.   

Performances are Saturday, April 27 at 1pm and 6pm, Sunday, April 28 at 1pm & 6pm, Thursday, May 2 at 7:00pm, Friday May 3 at 7:00PM, Saturday, May 4 at 1pm and 6pm and Sunday, May 5 at 1pm and 6pm at the Laguna Playhouse Moulton Theatre, 606 Laguna Canyon Rd. in Laguna Beach. 

 

The cast features adult and youth actors from the Laguna Beach and the Orange County including ; Luke Bruderer as Tom Morgan,  Giovanna Cecutti as George Merry, Molly Cohn as Anne Bonny, Terry Christopher as Long John, Chloe Falk and Sienna Voisin as the Parrot, Aron Farkas and Elizabeth Field as Boy with Barrow, Charlie Grace Goubran as Beggar Blakely,  Ani Hovanesian and Raquel Temesvary as Calico Jack, Grant Hughes at Jim Hawkins, Charlie McClung as Dr. Livesy, Fiona McCue as Justice Death,  Holden Moll as Job O’Brien, Ben Morrow as Ben Gunn, Jennifer Pearce as Black Dog, Sophia Pachl as Mary Read,  Sarah-Josè Postigo as Mother and The Hunch, John Rosenbaum as Squire Trelawney, Aidan Russell as Israel Hands, Nathan Schrodt as Jemmy Rathbone,  Makala Sims as Ezekiel Hazard, Alan Slabodkin as Captain Flint, Nikolai Tereschenko as Billy Bones, Scarlett Wheaton as Josiah Bland, and Wally Ziegler as Blind Pew.

 

Performances are Saturday, April 27 at 1pm and 6pm, Sunday, April 28 at 1pm & 6pm, Thursday, May 2 at 7:00pm, Friday May 3 at 7:00PM, Saturday, May 4 at 1pm and 6pm and Sunday, May 5 at 1pm and 6pm at the Laguna Playhouse Moulton Theatre, 606 Laguna Canyon Rd. in Laguna Beach.
