If you’re interested in enjoying an afternoon or morning in a refreshing pool while getting a healthy dose of exercise, you’re in luck. The Aliso Viejo Aquatic Center is now offering water aerobic classes for the exercise enthusiast and novice alike.
Classes are from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 9 to 10 a.m. Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays. Cost is $8 per class.
The fun-filled water aerobics classes are a great way to meet new friends and enjoy the city’s new resort-style swimming complex at 29 Santa Barbara.
The Aquatic Center is conveniently located at Aliso Creek Road and Glenwood Drive, near the golf course.
