JUNIOR PARENTS –
We must have at least 8 more chaperones to ride in the buses with our graduates. The kids don’t want their parent at the event, so we must rely on you.
What do I do? Show up at the school at 8:30 PM on Tuesday June 11. Check kids onto your bus. Ride to the venue, where you can enjoy the food, entertainment, and quiet room (to snooze if you’d like). There may be some light duty work while you’re there (staff the prize table for an hour, that kind of stuff). Check the same kids back onto your bus in the morning. Arrive back at school about 6:00 AM.
Why would I do that? Because we need you. Hundreds of volunteers have spent thousands of hours fundraising and planning a party that will keep our graduates off the streets and away from private parties on one of the most statistically dangerous nights of their lives. Grad Nite has been a long and valuable tradition at Dana Hills. Remember, the folks you’re helping are the same ones who will be mentoring your class to insure you have a great Grad Nite for your senior next year. Please allow us to pay-it-forward by helping us now.
Please call Mark Leeds at (949) 677-9630 for more information and to volunteer. Thanks!
