NIGHTS GLOW BRIGHTER: SeaWorld’s award-winning nighttime spectacular,
Electric Ocean, transforms the park into a sea of color and energy when the sun sets over
the Pacific Ocean. Electric Ocean  continues select nights through Sept. 3
with a celebration of illumination that features vibrant night shows and energetic,
exhilarating experiences. The nighttime spectacular Cirque Electrique features audacious
aerial and acrobatic performers in advance LED suits that mesmerize audiences as they
bounce and fly in and over the waters of Mission Bay.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The invigorating show, IllumiNight,
celebrates the energy, diversity and light beneath the sea hosted by a Laser Light DJ and
features high flying acrobatics, floating sea life and a #vibetribe of electric dancers. Over at
Club Current the night kicks off at the interactive dance floor where DJs spin the hits and
denizens of the deep show off the latest moves. SeaWorld caps off the night with Laser Reef.
This dynamic experience sends a canopy of laser beams that submerge guests below in rays
of color, floating sea life and a powerful soundtrack. From show-stopping entertainment to

SESAME PARADE FLOATS INTO SEAWORLD: There’s a party at SeaWorld and everyone
is invited! The all-new Sesame Street Party Parade features everyone’s favorite Sesame
Street friends: Elmo, Abby, Big Bird, Cooke Monster and more. Themed floats,
contemporary tunes, and two show-stopping performances teem with excitement
throughout the parade route. The Sesame Street Party Parade, which takes place
Saturdays and Sundays through Sept. 2, is the only one of its kind in California. To get the
best view of the parade guests can reserved seats and save $5 with a VIP package for a

September Through October:

Animal lovers will get the unique chance to look behind-the-scenes at the inspiring day-to-day care SeaWorld San Diego animal experts provide, as well as the life-saving operations of the park’s amazing Rescue Team during the return of the popular program, Inside Look.  During Inside Look (Sept. 8–9 and Sept.15–16), park guests can meet the vets, rescuers and animal experts that make SeaWorld the incredible place that it is, all while seeing animals up close. SeaWorld Inside Look is open to any park visitor and is included with park admission,

SeaWorld’s Halloween Spooktacular, Saturdays and Sundays, Sept. 22-Oct. 28, is a not-too-spooky celebration for all ages, but especially kids 12 and under, who can trick or treat in a sea-inspired atmosphere, mingle with fun Halloween characters and check out the park’s Halloween show, Clyde & Seamore’s Big Halloween Bash. New this year is a Sesame Street Halloween Parade, with your favorite Sesame Street friends, plus dancers and fun music.

Spread across 190 acres on beautiful Mission Bay Park, SeaWorld is known for spectacular animal shows, interactive attractions, aquariums, rides and education programs for all ages:

Animal attractions include Orca Encounter, a live documentary-style presentation with a new Pacific Northwest-themed backdrop at SeaWorld’s main orca pool, reflecting the natural world of killer whales; Turtle Reef,  280,000-gallon turtle aquarium, interactive game, touch-screen turtle map and ride; Shark Encounter with nearly a dozen species of sharks; Penguin Encounter with more than 350 penguins representing six species; and Wild Arctic with beluga whales, walruses and seals. And for thrill-seekers 13 and older, DeepSEE VR: Orca 360 takes guests on an underwater dive to virtually swim with SeaWorld’s remarkable killer whales. This seven-and-a-half minute film uses cutting-edge virtual reality technology and stunning stereoscopic 360-degree video to give guests the sensation of “being there” by creating unexpected moments of awe and wonder.

Shows include Sea Lions LIVE, a hilarious sketch-based comedy show starring California sea lions Clyde and Seamore; and Dolphin Days, featuring bottlenose dolphins and pilot whales.

Rides include Electric Eel, San Diego’s tallest and fastest roller coaster; Manta, a multi-media, double-launch coaster; Journey to Atlantis, a wet and wild water coaster; and Shipwreck Rapids water raft ride. Opening in time for summer 2018 is Electric Eel, San Diego’s tallest and fastest roller coaster.
