YOU CAN’T KEEP GOOD ELKS DOWN

Date:

Despite the ruckus of moving to a temporary lodge while our new lodge is being built, the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, Lodge 794 keeps up its charitable work while having lots of fun in the process.

Some activities which are ongoing:

  1. Raising money for backpacks and school supplies for kids.
  2. Collecting clothing for the Vets House as well as BBQing for the residents.
  3. Visiting the VA Hospital in Long Beach, playing Bingo and socializing with patients.
  4. Sponsoring Boy Scouts and many other community groups.
  5. Providing tablets to schoolkids in Santa Ana.
  6. Raising money and giving scholarships to high school students in Santa Ana, Irvine and Tustin.
  7. Making stuffed bears for the Fire Department to give to children.
  8. Providing many social activities for our members, such as:

Karaoke, lunch from Tuesday to Friday, many dinners, breakfast monthly, Taco Nights, Friday Fun Nights, Pasta Nights, etc.

Elks care, Elks share.
