Construction begins Monday, Oct. 10 on the Pacific Park Rehabilitation project, which is designed to improve and extend the life of the busy street.
Work will take place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Pacific Park from Chase to the 73 toll road. The project entails grinding existing asphalt and the overlay of new asphalt, concrete sidewalk and curb ramp work, utility adjustments, traffic-loop detectors and striping.
Motorists can expect traffic delays. Construction is expected to be completed before the week of Thanksgiving.
