The public is invited to learn about the home-buying process in an informative, free workshop on Oct. 15.
The Affordable Housing Clearinghouse is teaming up with the City of Aliso Viejo and the Boys & Girls Club to offer a first-time Home Buyer Seminar in English and Spanish.
The seminar is from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the city’s Iglesia Park Community Center at 24671 Via Iglesia.
Visitors will receive information about how loan programs work and how to identify the programs that best fit their needs.
