The new owners Sal and Rolla Chamsi, and helmed by Director of Operations Samantha Pilek have set out to create and collaborate together to design an innovative experience in dining & entertainment that promises to add an exciting new dimension to Orange Counties culinary landscape and nightlife. Conceptualized and designed by Rolla Chamsi and Samantha Pilek themselves with ideas to evoke a modern inspired European Chateau that can only be described as both glamorous and upscale and comfortable chic at the same time.
The design is all new and exquisite and unlike anything presently in Orange County. The beautiful atrium dining room has five 8 foot crystal chandeliers raining down you as you dine. Simply spectacular!
There is a more casual outdoor patio with 3 flat screens that is adjacent to the large bar area. Three more different lounge areas with elegant white coaches, rich chocolate brown throw pillows and bronze accents offer the opportunity for more casual dining experience where sharing large plates is perfect or for bottle service during late night hours. And finally the beautiful white dining room with two additional fireplaces and another beautiful chandelier as its centerpiece. This is the kind of place you want to come for the ambiance and atmosphere, but you will come back again and again for the food.
The menu can best be described as a modern approach to American/Italian Cuisine, a causal fine dining experience. Informal and un-coursed is one way to dine. This style of service allows guests to share the same dining experience with out the disruption of splitting plates. If you are dining in the lounge area, this is the perfect option. But platters of steaks and seafood and delicious sides are just one option. There is a large selection of starters, including a delicious brushetta menu designed to be paired with wines by the glass and assorted flat bread pizzas, entree salads and wonderful pasta dishes. Truly a diverse menu which seems to have everyone’s favorite dish.
Sweeping through the intimate rooms and fireside hangouts you will experience a blend of sophistication, style and ultimately the sexiest ultra lounge atmosphereywhere. To set the mood, resident DJ’s spin with international talent to bring the latest electro house rhythms from across the globe. A dynamic atmosphere of tasteful R & B and House will be on rotation all night thanks to the versatile resident talent. The strength behind the musical talent is that they know how to cater to their clientele- sophisticated, savvy, sexy and stylish.
Late night on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights the entertainment changes, and by 10:30pm this venue becomes the hottest nightclub in town. The lounge area in the center of the venue is cleared away to make room for dancing. So get in early for dinner or appetizers and reserve a table for the night!
