REGULAR MEETING OF

WELCOME TO YOUR CITY COUNCIL MEETING!
Regular meetings are held on the first and third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the
Council Chambers of City Hall, 27841 La Paz Road and are televised live on Community
Cable Channels 30. The February 2, 2010 regular meeting will be rebroadcast at noon
on Saturday, February 13, 2010.
Any person wishing to address the City Council on any matter, whether or not it appears on
this agenda, is required to complete a gold-colored, “Request to Speak” form available on the
tables near the door. Please submit the completed form to the City Clerk prior to being heard
by the City Council.
Each individual will be allowed three (3) minutes. No action will be taken
on any items not on the agenda, unless the City Council makes a determination that an
emergency exists or that there is a need for immediate action and the need to take action
came to the attention of the City subsequent to the agenda being posted.
Any documents that are provided to the City Council regarding items on this agenda less than
72 hours prior to this meeting will be available for public inspection at the public review table
that is located in the reception area at the main entrance to City Hall at 27801 La Paz Road,
Laguna Niguel. California 92677, until 5:00 p.m. on the date of the Council meeting. After
5:00 p.m., the documents will be available at the counter that is located outside of the City
Council Chambers at 27841 La Paz Road, Laguna Niguel, California 92677.
