SCOPE OF WORK:
The general items of work to be done hereunder consist of: installation and maintenance of temporary erosion and sedimentation controls; demolition and disposal of existing infilled synthetic turf and infill materials; removal and replacement of existing edge anchor/nailer; removal, re-use of existing permeable aggregate base materials; import and placement of new permeable aggregate materials and finish grading of new and existing permeable aggregate surface; installation of infilled synthetic turf surfacing including tufted and inlaid lines and markings; removal and replacement of existing chain link fence fabric; furnish and install padding; clean-up and demobilization.

LOCATION OF WORK:
All work is located in the City of Laguna Niguel at Skate & Soccer Park, 27745 Alicia Parkway, Laguna Niguel, CA

The engineer’s estimate for the project is approximately $530,000.
