The most successful business relationships that lead to more business are built over lunch and dinner, where you get to know someone on a personal level. It all gets back to the fact that people like to do business with people they Know, Like and Trust .
Unfortunately, many people meet someone new and automatically expect business from this new relationship only to be disappointed when it doesn t happen. Think about how many people you know and how many of those people do you give or refer business to?
