Mission Hospital will once again be hosting the popular parent and teen “Date Night” series in San Clemente and San Juan Capistrano for children ages 12-17 and their parents. This 3-part dinner series will be held from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. It will be held on Wednesday evenings at the San Juan Capistrano Boys & Girls Club on February 13, February 20 and February 27.
In the tradition of the Sisters of St. Joseph, Mission Hospital is committed to improving the health of our community and this series will empower families with factual information that will help prepare young people for the many choices that lie ahead. Maintaining open and honest communication about tough subjects such as drugs and alcohol can be challenging for families. But, prevention specialist Ray Lozano is able to provide valuable prevention information in an engaging manner that both parents and teens enjoy making it easier for families to discuss these topics together in the future.
