OC Wishworks is a group of kids working together to help make wishes come true for people in need through music. They will host a concert to benefit the charity they have chosen called AmeriCares. AmeriCares is a nonprofit disaster relief and humanitarian aid organization which provides immediate response to emergency medical needs and supports long-term humanitarian assistance programs for all people around the world, irrespective of race, creed or political persuasion. Current projects include Haiti, Chile, and US Healthcare. For more information visit www.ocwishworks.org.
The concert program will include: “Flight of the Bumble Bee”, “The Gift”, “Imagine”, “Mad World”, “Accolay Violin Concerto No.1” and many others. The children have been busy practicing their vocals, piano, violin and cello. If you would like to support their cause the donation is $5.00 per ticket. Cash or check payable to AmeriCares.
