The Alicia Parkway Arterial Pavement Rehabilitation Project between Highlands Avenue and Pacific Park Drive is anticipated to be completed in March 2020.
UPDATE: On Monday, February 3rd, All American Asphalt will continue asphalt improvements on northbound Alicia Parkway, starting north of the Aliso Creek Road intersection and continuing towards Marketplace North. Grinding of the roadway will occur on Monday and Tuesday. Paving of the roadway will be on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. To safely do the asphalt improvements, the contractor will be intermittently closing two lanes of traffic from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Please remember to drive slowly and carefully through the construction zone. All asphalt related improvements are contingent on no unforeseen and weather delays.
SATURDAY NIGHT WORK: On February 8th, between 1:00 AM until 11:00 AM, All American Asphalt will be working at the intersection of Alicia Parkway and Aliso Creek Road for asphalt improvements. The public is advised to find alternate routes. Please remember to drive slowly and carefully through the construction zone.
