Mission Viejo, Saddleback Valley Elks conducted an epic ENF Charity Event while conforming to the strict social distancing guidelines due to the pandemic. Lodge Exalted Ruler Greg Morgan coordinated the fundraiser and invited the band Fat Maggie to perform. The successful event raised awareness and $604 for the Elks National Foundation (ENF).
The ENF assists local Elks Lodges by providing grants to be used for Community Investment Programs for Veterans, the Homeless, Handicapped Children, Hoopshoot, and Scholarships. Exalted Ruler Morgan thanked all the members who came out to support this worthy cause. Officers Rick Moscoso (Esteemed Lecturing Knight), Kim Maestri (Esteemed Loyal Knight), and Tenisha Campanile (ENF Chairmen) along with volunteers Linda Cimmarusti, Cheryl and Dave Roberts served refreshments and food.
The band was awesome, and the great food was prepared by Jeff Stevenson, Kevin Lindley, and Kevin Ford.
