Enjoy Labor Day at Aliso Viejo Aquatic Center – Aliso Viejo

Date:

Spend Labor Day at the pool and enjoy an ice cream social, free activities, contests and a low-cost meal deal at the Oasis Cafe.

The Aliso Viejo Aquatic Center on Monday, Sept. 6 will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., offering residents the perfect and affordable “in-town” holiday getaway.

The ice cream social – featuring single scoop cones and snow cones for $2; ice cream sundaes for $3; and banana splits for $4 – is from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. In honor of the holiday, the entrance fee for all visitors is only $3.

The day will also include water games, rescue-tube races, water polo, a craft table and hula hoop contest and more. Live music by DJ Chill will entertain the masses and Underwater Images and Instruction will take complimentary underwater photos.

The City’s popular resort-style facility at 29 Santa Barbara will also feature a $5-meal deal that includes barbecue chicken sliders, tortilla chips and a soda.

For more information, call 949-425-2559. The Aquatic Center is located near Glenwood and Aliso Creek Road.

After Labor Day, the Aquatic Center will be open Friday, Saturday and Sunday for the rest of September. For future events at the popular facility, be sure to visit the City’s website at www.cityofalisoviejo.com/aquaticcenter.
