Have your child wear their Spirit Wear EVERY FRIDAY.
One Friday a month will be Mystery Friday. The classroom with the highest percentage of children wearing Spirit Wear will win a small treat for their classroom. Mystery Fridays will begin this month!
BOOK FAIR
Crown Valley will be hosting the Fall Book Fair November 15-19 in room A3. This year’s theme is Calling All Heroes. . . The family night will be held on Wednesday, November 17, 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM:
• Meet our local FIREFIGHTERS and their real life FIRE ENGINE
• Dress as you favorite HERO and win PRIZES
• Door PRIZES raffled off every 15min
• Donate 3 books to our Book Drive
and get $2 off Book Fair (11/17 only)
• Also, Science Camp will be selling SUPER Tacos and OUT of THIS WORLD Churros!
Friday, November 19 will be the popular Lunch with a Loved One. Bring a lunch to share with your child during his/her lunch time and visit the Book Fair afterwards!

CVES GARDEN
Thank you to everyone who came out to Crown Valley and works on the garden fence and school beautification on Saturday and Sunday! The school looks great and the new fence is spectacular. Follow this link to an article posted in the OC Register about the CVES garden:

We are now launching the second phase of the garden update. . .
Todd VanDahlen is making the new stools for the school garden. He needs help this Thursday, November 11th around 8am (Veterans Day) taking the dirt out of the existing holes, spreading it to the sides of the garden. Mr. VanDahlen will also need more help on Saturday, November 13th with pouring the cement in the stool molds (moms can help too either day).We need a lot of wheelbarrows and shovels. If you can help in any way or wish to get further information, please email to this email Todd at toddjudi@cox.net.
He will need more people on Sat than Thurs. Please forward this information to anyone you think can support this effort.
SAVE THE DATE/LAGUNA NIGUEL HOLIDAY PARADE
Save the date of Saturday, December 11 for the City of Laguna Niguel’s Holiday Parade. Crown Valley’s Student Council will be marching the parade route; come and join us! More information to follow.
