KICS Free Philanthropy for Albertsons’ Shoppers!
Help Kick Start a New Beginning While Shopping at Albertsons
This holiday season, as you are dashing through the aisles at Albertsons, please help KICS participate in a great philanthropic program that won’t cost you a cent. Albertsons currently has a promotion where they offer cookware for a penny when you collect their reward stickers (1 sticker for every $10 spent) and redeem numbers of them instore. Since many of us are probably stocked up on this stuff, wouldn’t it be nice to collect stickers and then donate the pots and pans to Human Options (an Orange County shelter that helps battered women, their families and our community break the cycle of domestic violence via emotional support and education).
Knowing that many of us shop at Albertsons’ – can’t go in to the Marina Hills one without knowing at least one person – why not, as long as you’re already there and provided you don’t need them for yourself, collect them. This is a no-brainer easy thing, right?
Please hold on to your stickers (keep ’em in a baggy?) and bring them right into the office or directly to Melissa Pearl. You can even drop the baggy in the Wednesday Blue Envelope. This promotion goes on through January so we’d love to see how many we can collect by January 5th. Thank you kindly
