
San Juan Capistrano Fiesta Presents Annual Taste of San Juan
WHAT: The Taste of San Juan kicks-off the 2011 Fiesta de las
Golondrinas season which includes the 53rd Swallows Day Parade
on Saturday, March 26th. Over twenty local restaurants will
present their finest cuisine samples in a lively atmosphere with live country western music and dancing.

BACKGROUND: The annual Taste of San Juan is a major fundraiser for the San Juan Capistrano Fiesta Association. Funds are used to present a variety of community events throughout the year including the annual Swallows Day Parade.
