WHO: South Orange County Regional Chamber of Commerce hosts federal, state and local elected officials this reception hosted by Saddleback Memorial Health Care Systems. The event, sponsored by the Orange County Association of Realtors, will feature Pulitzer Prize-winning political cartoonist Michael Ramirez as keynote speaker.
