In an effort to improve energy efficiency throughout City Hall, the city is seeking proposals from qualified companies to replace and upgrade its heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
The work is possible thanks to an Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant the city received through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
Qualified companies are sought to provide all labor and materials for the HVAC improvements. Interested companies can obtain a Request for Qualifications and contract documents by contacting Glenn Yasui, director of administrative services, at 949-425-2511.
