BID OPENING APRIL 6, 2011 at 2:00 p.m.
MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING:
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the project access point in the Laguna Niguel Dog Park Parking Lot located just north of the Orange County Fire Authority Station #49, at 31461 Street of the Golden Lantern, at 10:00 a.m. on the 30th of March, 2011. Contractors not in attendance at the pre-bid meeting will not be permitted to bid on this project.
Scope of Work:
The general items of work to be done hereunder consist of: Removal of all broken and undermined concrete v-ditches, import fill, backfill, reconstruct and compact damaged area(s) of slope, construct splash walls, construct and place new concrete terrace and downdrains. City shall provide materials testing, including compaction testing.
Location of Work:
Chapparosa Park, 25191 Chappaosa Park Road, Laguna Niguel, CA 92677. The work location can be accessed from the Laguna Niguel Dog Park Parking Lot located just north of the Orange County Fire Authority Station #49, at 31461 Street of the Golden Lantern. Slope failure and concrete v-ditches are located below the parking lot as delineated in the bid drawings.
