Saddleback Running Club a local distance running club for kid’s grade 3-8 Will be hosting Summer Running camps for kids 3rd -8th grade.
2 different weeks during the summer break to accommodate everyone. Campers will learn proper technique for running, endurance training, distance running and racing.

Saddleback Running Club will be hosting a XC summer running camp for boys and girls starting high school. Camp will
feature high school style practice schedule and prepare athletes for upcoming XC summer training. If you are considering
XC as a sport in high school this is a must. Camp will feature and cover all aspects of XC running emphasis will be
on building endurance, proper mechanics & technique. Camp will be directed by our USATF & RRCA certified coaches.
