Residents are invited to celebrate Aliso Viejo’s 10th anniversary at a special Birthday Bash Saturday, July 2 at the Aliso Viejo Aquatic Center. The party is from noon to 4 p.m. at 29 Santa Barbara. Guests will enjoy free activities and family games; contests; entertainment; and more along with 10 cent hot dogs, popcorn and ice cream, while supplies last. Admission is free. The party follows a special 10-year Celebration Dinner that takes place from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday, July 1 at the Aliso Viejo Conference Center next door. That luau-style affair will feature Polynesian-style food, drink, music and a live floor show. Tickets are $25 for ages 13 and over; $15 for children 12 and under. Tickets are available at City Hall, 12 Journey. The Aquatic and Conference centers are nestled next to the Aliso Viejo Country Club off Golf Drive and Glenwood.
