AVCA, City accepting bids for Foxborough Park Restroom Project

Bids are sought for a project designed to benefit groups and individuals who use Foxborough Park.

The Aliso Viejo Community Association (AVCA) is working with the city to accept bids for the project that will install a new restroom at the park.  Sealed bids are due to City Hall by 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 14.

The work calls for transporting a 256-square-foot prefabricated restroom building from the Aliso Viejo Ranch at 100 Park Avenue and installing it at Foxborough Park, which is at 27164 Foxborough Way. The work also entails installing and connecting water and sewer improvements to the restroom. The contractor will have 60 days to complete the work.

Bidders can obtain a copy of the contract documents from the Public Works Department for $35 or have them mailed for an additional $15.

City Hall is at 12 Journey. For more information, contact the Public Works Department at 949-425-2530 or pworks@cityofalisoviejo.com.
