New Aqua Zumba class makes debut splash at Aquatic Center July 3

If you are looking to “refresh” your workout, then don’t miss the new Aqua Zumba class at the Aliso Viejo Aquatic Center.

Kick start your summer fitness program by heating up the pool party in this Latin-inspired, easy-to-follow dance fitness bash that makes working out a splash. All fitness levels are welcome.

The class will kick off with a free introductory program on Tuesday, July 3 at 6:15 p.m.  It will be followed by hour-long classes at 6:15 p.m. on Monday and Wednesdays and at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday and Thursdays.

Cost is $20 for a one-time class; $150 for 10 classes; or $225 for 20 classes. The classes are available for the entire season through September and include the pool-entry fee. Aquatic Center season pass holders will receive 30 percent off the class fee.
