Local teen from Aliso Viejo is collecting donations and supplies to be mailed to people affected by Hurricane Sandy in Staten Island.
Sarah Rochelle Gluzman, who is founder of the teen organization OCKidSPCA and generally helping local animal shelters and rescue centers, extending hand to kids who need help. Boxes with cozy sweaters, jackets, scarfs and gloves will be mailed to Staten Island Wednesday morning.
