SALE OF HOT DOGS AND HAMBURGERS: At the end of school on Wednesday, tomorrow, 11/7, we will BBQ and sell hot dogs and hamburgers for $3 each out in front of the school because we have some left overs (in the freezer) from last week’s 25th anniversary Festival. We will also sell the sleeves of frozen hamburgers and hot dogs at that same time and if you purchase the frozen meat, we’ll give you the buns for FREE! We will sell in front of the school from 12 – 12:45 PM.
VETERAN’S DAY CEREMONY ON FRIDAY: We would like to invite ALL active or retired service men and women to join us for our annual Veteran’s Day assembly this Friday morning at 7:45 AM. If you have a grandparent, aunt, uncle, cousins or a friend that you would like to invite, please do. Veteran’s Day is a BIG deal at Bergeson School. Vets and guests are welcome to join us for a complimentary breakfast sponsored by our PTA. We are not going to send out a flyer this year for this event. If you have a service man or woman who will be attending, please RSVP with their name to cfielder1@att.net.
CANNED FOOD DRIVE: We will collect canned food for needy families throughout Orange County through the RAISE Foundation from November 5 – 15. The class who brings in the most canned goods wins a free lunch field trip at TGI Friday’s! The collections bins will be in the MPR with the teacher’s name on it.
