8th Annual Laguna Beach Home Raffle

DANA POINT, CA, – Derek Moore of Orange, California was the Grand Prize winner of the 2012 Laguna Beach Million Dollar Home Raffle.

Dan Stetson, President of the Ocean Institute, the non-profit beneficiary of the raffle, pulled the winning ticket. Mr. Moore was sitting among the crowd at the Grand Prize Drawing held at the Ocean Institute when his name was called.  “I can’t believe I’ve won, I’m in a state of shock” commented Moore. It’s his choice as the Grand Prize winner to choose either the home or to take the $1 million in cash.  “I’ll need a few moments to reflect and catch my breath before I make my decision,” added Moore.
