AVCS SPRING GALA – Pathway To Promises

This stunning evening is complete with elegant cocktail reception, three-course dinner, dancing, live music, entertainment and festive auctions! All Gala proceeds will support the final construction of our Youth Enrichment Complex in building C. Tickets are just $75 per person or $650 for an table of ten.

Little did you know that our very own middle school science teacher, Laurie Carpenter, is the lead vocalist. – a combination of brains and amazing talent! Laurie and her group plan to help make this year’s Gala event a superstar hit with top 40, modern, and classic rock tunes we will all love. Don’t miss it!

Babysitting “Pajama Party”
4:30pm – 10:30pm at AVCS
For parents attending the Gala, we are pleased to offer babysitting at AVCS from 4:30 – 10:30pm for children under 12 years old.
It will be a “pajama party”, so kids come in your PJ’s! Bring a pillow & blanket to get comfy, and a jacket for the playground.
We’ll include games, pizza, a movie & fun with friends while mom & dad are dancing the night away. The fee is only $15 per child or a maximum of $40 per family (3 or more children).
