The Festival of Arts celebrates the Pageant of the Master’s 80th Anniversary with three special exhibits- one on the Festival of Arts grounds and two in locations around Laguna Beach at the Festival’s satellite gallery foaSOUTH, the Wells Fargo building in downtown Laguna Beach, and on-site at the Festival of Arts. All three exhibits highlight a variety of memorabilia showcasing the Pageant’s rich history in the community.

Included at each location are set pieces, photographs and artifacts from past Pageant productions. Additionally, the Wells Fargo gallery features a large timeline of the Festival of Arts spotlighting the developments of the Pageant of the Masters 80th Anniversary.

“The goal of these exhibits is to provide a bit of historical context for the Pageant’s longevity and popularity over the last eight decades,” said exhibit curator Pat Sparkuhl. “Throughout its history and even today, the Pageant continues to find new ways to keep the show fresh and innovative.”

The Pageant exhibit on the Festival grounds is free with Festival of Arts Admission and will be on display until the art show closes on August 31. foaSOUTH and Wells Fargo exhibits will runs through until September 30, 2013.
