Wine lovers will gather for one of Orange County’s premier wine tasting events at the 2013 Wines and Wishes – Summer Wine Tour at Kaleidoscope Center for an evening of starry skies, petite cuisine and fine wines on Wednesday, August 14, 2013 from 6 to 9 p.m.

Featuring wines from more than 18 wineries including renowned Cakebread Wine Cellars, Cass Winery, First Vine, Iron Horse Vineyards, South Coast Winery, Thomas Scott, and Rombauer Vineyards, Wines and Wishes will also showcase specialty cheeses and fruits from Bru Grill alongside Kaleidoscope’s favorites Riptide Rockin’ Sushi & Teppan Grills, Islands, The Derby Dueling Piano Bar & Grill and other Kaleidoscope restaurants.  Live music will add to the special evening of fine wines and cuisine experience during this special Southern California’s summer night wine tasting.

“We are pleased to bring to the Orange County community an amazing event including fine wine tasting from acclaimed wineries, fabulous cuisine and live music for a third year in a row and all for a very good cause,” said Lauran Roberson, Kaleidoscope Director of Marketing.  “The wine tasting has become one of the area’s most popular, must-attend wine tastings drawing sold-out crowds year after year.”

Wines and Wishes is sponsored by Kaleidoscope Center and Salt Creek Wine Company.  Norm Reeves Acura is the evening’s Grande Dame sponsor.  Raffle prizes will be available and include the opportunity to win a diamond bracelet from Petra Fine Jewelry valued at $2,000.  Tickets for this exclusive event are limited and may be purchased online at http://gokaleidoscope.com or at the door and are just $40 per person or $75 per couple.  Designated driver discount tickets are $20 per person.  Commemorative glasses are included in ticket prices.  The night’s net proceeds will benefit Make-A-Wish® Orange County and the Inland Empire.
