The street’s first layer of asphalt is scheduled to follow Sept. 12-13, with the final asphalt layer scheduled for Saturday, September 14 and Monday, Sept. 16. Two travel lanes in each direction of Aliso Creek Road and Pacific Park Drive are expected to be closed from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Motorists can expect traffic delays and are encouraged to take alternate routes.
