Jumpstart’s Read for the Record campaign connects young children and adults in early learning experiences that help kids thrive.

In Aliso Viejo, the event hosted by the Aliso Viejo Library and City of Aliso Viejo, will begin at 4 p.m. in the library’s Community Room at 1 Journey.

Across the nation and in Aliso Viejo, kids will be reading “Otis” by Loren Long. Each family will receive a free copy of the book and will enjoy an afternoon of stories, crafts and snacks.
