USE SAFETY PRECAUTIONS WHEN DROPPING OFF AND PICKING UP STUDENTS
We have had reports that there are unsafe drop off and pick activities happening up on Paseo de Colinas and Del Cerro.  These are the reports we received:
1) Students cross Del Cerro at will and out between cars.  Fewer and fewer use the cross-walk.
2) Parents pick students up IN the street, NOT parked.
3) Illegal U-turns at Cerrito Via and Del Cerro. (side to side on Del Cerro )
There is no stopping or drop off allowed (by law) on Colinas at all.  Please do not stop and drop off your student on Paseo de Colinas, as it is completely unsafe to do so. Not using the crosswalk or making illegal turns is dangerous as well.  Please refrain from these dangerous practices.
