KNOTT’S FOR THE CURE

From February 1 through March 31, Susan G. Komen Orange County and Knott’s Berry Farm are working together to raise money for breast cancer awareness, services and research by offering a special “Pink Ticket” and limited edition specially designed “pink” merchandise with a portion of the proceeds benefiting Komen Orange County.

75% of the funds raised for Susan G. Komen are used to provide services in Orange County:

• Education and early breast cancer detection

• Information and support for breast cancer survivors and families

• Funding for free mammograms for the underprivileged and uninsured

25% of the funds raised for Susan G. Komen support national research to discover the cure for breast cancer.

Knott’s Berry Farm Pink Tickets

During the Knott’s for the Cure campaign benefiting Susan G. Komen Orange County, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy Knott’s world class entertainment, attractions and specially-themed “pink” décor, while supporting an important cause that touches many women. From February 1 through March 31, guests can purchase “Pink Tickets” for theme park admission only online. A portion of the “Pink Tickets” proceeds will benefit Susan G. Komen Orange County.

Supreme Scream Goes Pink

Standing at a towering 252 feet tall Supreme Scream will glisten in pink from late Friday night until Monday evening in support of the Knott’s Berry Farm for the Cure campaign. Supreme Scream’s pink glow will be seen for miles around Orange and Los Angeles County.

Commemorative Merchandise

Once in the park, guests can also purchase a pink magnet, available exclusively at select Knott’s Berry Farm merchandise locations. After purchasing, guests can place their magnet on the park’s commemorative pink magnet wall in honor of loved ones whose lives were touched by breast cancer. Magnets are $1.99 (plus tax) and all proceeds from the magnet sales benefit Susan G. Komen Orange County.

Knott’s Berry Farm for the Cure t-shirts are also available exclusively at select merchandise locations starting at $10.00 (plus tax) for adult sizes with proceeds benefiting Komen Orange County. Purchase one today and show your support for
