Blaze Pizza has opened its 25th restaurant inside The Shops at Mission Viejo.
The eatery is known for its “fast fire’d” 11-inch pizzas that are made in an assembly-line format.
With made-from-scratch dough and fresh ingredients, the pizza is built to order by the customer before it’s cooked over an open flame for 180 seconds at temperatures over 600 degrees.
Blaze Pizza operates restaurants throughout California and in Chicago, Detroit, Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Milwaukee and Louisville, Kentucky.
The pizzeria plans to open another 35 restaurants in New York, Florida, Washington D.C., Louisiana, Tennessee, North Carolina, Idaho, Iowa, and Ohio.
