A longtime real estate industry veteran, Tryon will serve on the Aliso Viejo, California-based company’s executive management team. His key responsibilities will include managing all homebuilder and developer relationships and overseeing Bureau of Real Estate (BRE) budget creation and management operations.

In recent years, Tryon has played a vital role in the development of numerous communities of all sizes throughout California, working with companies such as Lennar, Standard Pacific, Brookfield Residential, Rancho Mission Viejo, Newhall Land and Farming, Five Point Communities, KB Home, William Lyon Homes and TRI Pointe Homes.
Prior to joining Seabreeze, Tryon managed BRE budget preparation for mid-rise, high-rise, mixed-use and master-planned communities as Vice President and Director of Forward Planning for FirstService Residential. He developed a successful track record by providing insightful and on-target planning direction and developing customized programs for new communities throughout the state.
