ONCE, winner of eight Tony Awards® including Best Musical and winner of the 2013 Grammy® Award for Best Musical Theater Album, will play at Segerstrom Center for the Arts for a limited engagement from August 19 – 31, 2014. Audiences attending this show are invited to listen to and participate in free activities.
For all performances, patrons will have the opportunity to write and share their personal anecdotes on ONCE branded coasters that will be displayed on the Orchestra Level lobby. Audience members are encouraged to write about how they met their friends, significant others and fellow ticketholders through the prompt, “How did you meet?”
Audiences will be greeted by folk-style musician Scott Brazee of S.S. Odyssey as he performs original songs near the Segerstrom Hall Box Office. Brazee will welcome guests on select performances beginning an hour before show time.
Patrons are encouraged to take their photos and selfies and post them on social media sites and use hashtag #OnceMusicalOC.
