JUST FOR KICKS ANNOUNCES NEW “KICKIN’ CAMPS” IN ORANGE AND ALISO VIEJO
Just For Kicks, soccer fitness for women, has a new format. Kickin’ Camps will run from April through August on weeknights from 6-7:30pm.
Brea, California, February 26, 2009 — Just For Kicks, a soccer fitness program created especially for women, will run Kickin’ Camps on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from April through August. All camps will be held in Orange, Ca and Aliso Viejo, Ca. The program is for any woman, regardless of soccer experience, who wants to have fun, get fit, learn the game, or improve their existing soccer skills.
Each Kickin’ Camps session will be completely unique and offers women a non-competitive, fun, positive, and encouraging environment. A typical 90 minute session would include instruction and drills related to dribbling, passing, shooting, and juggling as well as general fitness and toning exercises. Beginners, as well as intermediate players, are always welcome.

Just For Kicks was created by Cindy Glavas, in conjunction with Coury & Buehler Physical Therapy.
Cindy played soccer at Chapman University, where she was team captain, All-American, and holds the all-time record for most career points. She currently plays in two soccer leagues in Orange County.

August 10-21 (Mon, Wed, Fri) 6pm – 7:30pm
