A new 1,965-square-foot Pizza Studio restaurant opened Wednesday, December 17 on Marguerite Parkway, just north of Avery Parkway.
This is the first of three new restaurants to open in the newly constructed building within Avery Center. The Broken Yolk and Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwiches will open in early 2015.
Pizza Studio is a fast-casual restaurant where pizzas cook in just two minutes and customers choose the crust, sauce, cheeses and an unlimited variety of toppings for $7.99.
The menu also offers salads and freshly baked cookies. Beer and wine will be available at this location in a couple of weeks.
Of the 23 Pizza Studio locations across the country, 12 are in California, and Mission Viejo’s will be the second in Orange County. The eatery is open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily at 28621 Marguerite Parkway, Suite B6.
