Each year in October, many Catholic churches sponsor a “Blessing of the Animals”
service, to honor the memory of St. Francis of Assisi and to continue his work of
respecting and caring for animals.
Many Unitarian Universalist congregations also hold
a blessing of the animals. Tapestry, a Unitarian Universalist Congregation, invites you
to participate in our own ceremony.

Menu includes: hamburgers, hot dogs, veggie

Suggested Donation: $15 for individuals $25
per family !!!
This is a fun way to spend time with friends, furry and otherwise, enjoy good food and
celebrate the animals in our lives.
