May 19- Go Green/Save Green Seminar
Hear how you can save money while saving the planet by attending a parent education night on Tuesday, May 19th from 7-8:30 p.m. in the MPR. In just 90-minutes, you’ll learn the most important things you should do to “Go Green” this summer. You’ll learn how, with minimal investment and without hiring expensive contractors, you can save thousands of dollars while saving the earth. We’ll discuss energy-efficiency and conservation (find out how you can slash your bills by up to 40%), water conservation (and the water rationing plan for OC this summer), and waste reduction (it’s not just about recycling and has a direct impact on climate change).

This session will be led by Jill Donello, Green Irene Eco-Consultant. Jill helps folks green their homes and offices through Green Home and Office Makeovers. She can show you how to save money while protecting the earth’s precious resources. Jill will help you determine which areas you must tackle first, the exact costs and savings of any project, and will help you live a greener life without making going green your full-time job! You can learn more about Jill at www.greenirene.com/jillorangecounty

May 25 – School is CLOSED in observance of Memorial Day.
