TALKS ON THE POWER OF GRATITUDE & DYNAMICS OF JOY AND THE ECONOMY
Facing the economy can bring moments of doubt, fear and unhappiness, but there is a healing response to these feelings of anxiety that not only comfort and inspire, but give intelligent direction, fresh ideas and progressive steps to solutions individually and as a community. In response to the community’s need, the First Church of Christ, Scientist, Laguna Niguel is sponsoring two talks in your area as we all draw together to meet the challenges of our lives and support one another.
On Monday, June 1st at 7:30pm at the Norman P. Murray Community & Senior Center at 24932 Veterans Way, Mission Viejo, Marta Greenwood will speak about the “Healing Power of Gratitude & Dynamics of Joy. One of the topics of the talk is how to tap into the divine abundance and joy that enriches your life. Practical examples will be given.
On Saturday, June 6th, at 10am at the Voyagers Bible Church at 6000 Irvine Center Dr., Irvine (Next to Irvine Valley College), Marta will speak about “God’s Law of Abundance in Divine Economy”. She will explore from the Bible and Mary Baker Eddy’s writings the universal spiritual laws that you can rely on and bring dependable answers.
Marta is a member of the Christian Science Board of Lectureship. She travels internationally, giving seminars and workshops for the general public, medical facilities and universities on the healing power of prayer. Marta was raised in Iran and educated in England as a medical nurse and then as a Christian Science practitioner and teacher. A personal experience of a life-threatening illness led her to search for spiritual healing.
