What do you get when you combine Pokémon Go with bocce ball? The answer: An exciting evening for people of all ages.
Head to Oso Viejo Community Park this Wednesday, August 24, 2016 for an encore Pokémon Go Community Hunt and Family Bocce Night. That’s right; you can catch some wild Pokémon and play bocce bowl in one night.
Pokémon Go participants must have the game installed and accounts created on their Apple or Android devices. Trainers must be at level 5 to participate in Gym battles. To take part in the hunt, you must sign a waiver (available here) and should bring water along with comfortable walking shoes. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
The Family Bocce Night includes bocce instruction and demonstration, family competitions and refreshments.
Both events are from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at 24932 Veterans Way. For more information, call 949-470-3062.
