No pre-bid meeting will be held for this project. Questions may be emailed to Tim D’Zmura the contract Program Manager at tdzmura@annealtagroup.com no later than 5:00 PM, Friday, December 28, 2018. Responses will be posted on the City’s website no later than 5:00 PM, Friday, January 4, 2019.

SCOPE OF WORK:
The work to be performed or executed under these specifications consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the contract documents to construct the above-stated project. The general items of work to be done hereunder consist of clearing and grubbing, excavation, compaction, reinforced concrete footings and slab on grade, construction of monuments consisting of cultured stone, Corten steel and various other metal components, electrical and lighting and landscape modification and/or improvements at each monument.

LOCATION OF WORK:
All work is located in the City of Laguna Niguel and as shown on the Project plans.

The engineer’s estimate for the project is approximately $675,000.

THE USER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CHECKING THE CITY WEBSITE FOR ANY UPDATES/ADDENDA. THE CITY WILL NOT TRACK USER DOWNLOADS.
