This cruise will feature a sampling of wines from The Organic Cellar which promotes organically grown and pesticide-free wines as well as a sample platter of cheese, crackers, fruits and nuts that compliment the wines. The 63′ Ocean Adventure catamaran also features a full cash bar if you’d like to purchase some additional beverages. ABOUT THE VESSEL
Dana Wharf’s newest vessel is the 63′ catamaran, the Ocean Adventures, which comfortably holds up to 49 passengers. This luxury vessel was built exclusively for Dana Wharf and is the newest boat in the California whale watching business! This eco-friendly vessel is the future of whale watching and features high-tech viewing cameras mounted at the bow, a roomy viewing deck, and the smoothest ride on the water! You will LOVE this vessel!

Running every Saturday January 25th – April 26th, 2014, from 9am – noon, participants get an art lesson presented by Wyland, via video feed, then continue the adventure with a 2-hour whale watching trip – all on Dana Wharf’s flagship 95 ft. vessel, the Dana Pride. All children’s artwork will be entered into a contest to win prizes including the GRAND PRIZE of a framed limited edition signed and numbered giclee on paper of Wyland’s “Tails of Great Whales” valued at over $1,000!
All participates also receive a FREE GIFT from Wyland’s art studio (valued at $20), and accompanying adults get FREE coffee – a true bargain for the required $5 donation. For those over 12, the 2-hour whale watching adventure is $45, and $35 for military & seniors (55 and over). The kids price is normally $25 for children (3-12) – making this package a particularly exceptional value at only $5, with all donation proceeds benefitting Wyland Foundation art and science education program.
Carefully chosen by Wyland himself, winners of the contest will be announced May 11th at Dana Wharf. There are winners from each of three categories, including 3-5, 6-8, and 9-12 years of age. One winner from each category will receive a $25 gift card to the Wyland studio in Laguna Beach and two free whale watching tickets from Dana Wharf. The winning artwork from each category will be framed and hung for public viewing at Dana Wharf during the month of May. The Grand Prize winner will receive a framed limited edition signed and numbered giclee on paper of Wyland’s world renowned painting, “Tails of Great Whales” valued at over $1,000!

If you don’t see A GOOD SHOWING of whales or dolphin, you will get your ticket back and are invited to come out again with us! These “whale checks” never expire.
